Do my suppliers need an account?
No. You invite the suppliers you choose by email, and they fill in their quote through the link they receive.
Does file reading fill everything in automatically?
It helps extract text from PDFs and images to support data entry. You review the details and decide what to apply. Results depend on the quality of the uploaded file.
Does A1 Quote find suppliers for me?
In this pilot, you add and invite your own suppliers. A1 Quote organizes the request, responses and comparison.
Can I use another language or currency?
Yes. The app is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. You set the currency for your business; this does not include automatic currency conversion.

How we use data
With your permission, we use PostHog to understand visits, views of the demo and offer, FAQ openings, and contact or app-entry clicks. We send a random session identifier, language, device category and allowed campaign codes. We do not record your screen, typed text, names, email addresses, phone numbers or the full page URL. The direct connection to PostHog in the US exposes your IP address to the service; geographic enrichment and person profiles are disabled.
Your choice stays in this browser for up to 90 days. The identifier lasts only for this session. You can decline or withdraw permission in the footer to stop new events. Withdrawal does not delete previously received events; contact contato@a1solutions.ia.br with questions about your data. WhatsApp, the A1 website and the app process data separately.
